SUMMARY

Position Overview

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for maintaining records of the company's inventory records, purchasing hardware, software, and services. The objective is to obtain the best goods and services for eClinicalWorks, while adhering to a budget.

This is a 100% onsite role.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

Perform Inventory and Asset management tasks. Perform audits of company equipment. Keep accurate records of assets. Compile and maintain records of assets with details in the CRM. Responsible for asset fulfillment and asset chain of custody within company Works with business owners to understand requirements of their requests. Conducts research and finds the best products and services with skillful negotiating. Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors. Maintain adequate surplus inventory for business operations.

Overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to purchase planning, vendor research, vendor management and selection, value analysis, price negotiation, inventory management, storing and disposing of equipment as necessary, managing equipment lifecycle and other related functions.

Experience/Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred. Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW. Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as word, excel and outlook. 1 year of IT and Technical skills and knowledge in a corporate environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Sound analytical and problem - solving skills. The ability to work on projects independently or as a team and complete them on time.
