**What You Will Do:**

This position will primarily be responsible for providing production support to the Odessa, TX plant while maintaining safe operations. This position will require occasional weekend call-out (including nights) or holiday.

* Perform shipping and/or receiving procedures during order fulfillment or inventory replenishment in a safe and efficient manner.

* Load and/or unload containerized and bulk materials from transport trucks, including sampling and obtaining required approval.

* Participate in safety meetings, planning committees, TPM, and team functions.

* Stage drums and totes for loading and shipping.

* Apply spill containment and cleanup methods when required.

* Comply with all SH&E policies and procedures.

* Ensure that all vendors/contractors adhere to plant safety policies.

* Comply with all facility and department policies and procedures.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

* Perform daily forklift inspections.

**Location Information:**

* This will be a local position at the Odessa, TX plant.

* Work week and shift: 5am-3pm (subject to change); 40 hr minimum

**Basic/Minimum Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* SAP experience preferred

* Ability to function in a team environment.

* Ability to operate a forklift (forklift certified)

* Must be willing to work flexible hours

* Able to operate a computer device, either handheld or forklift mounted

* Must have the ability to don a respirator

* Must have the ability to wear fall protection if necessary

* Excellent written and verbal communications skills

* Team Player with ability to perform physical work.

* All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English

* Immigration sponsorship is not offered for this role

**Physical Demands:**

* This role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug test

* Must have Ability to climb stairs and ladders

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* SAP experience preferred
