We are looking for a strategic leader to oversee our Social Media and PR function. You’ll have the opportunity to build a team, drive global expansion, and make a significant impact on revenue. #LI-Onsite Responsibilities: Own all social media and PR initiatives across all brands and products. Ensure all set success targets are met timely. Develop and implement comprehensive social media and PR strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue and ensure they are aligned with our company’s goals, brand identity, and target markets Build, lead, and inspire a highly productive team of 5+ members to drive business success Oversee the management of all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube, and other community platforms Manage and grow our influencer program, developing frameworks for sustainable and scalable success Establish and continuously optimize communication strategies that guide the company’s external communications (e.g. reviews, customer inquiries, community platform engagement) Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, utilizing data to inform and optimize future strategies Monitor and manage brand reputation across all channels including review sites, social media, forums, etc. Collaborate with Creative, Search Marketing, Advertising, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaigns and product launches Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, emerging platforms, and changes in user behavior to ensure our strategies remain relevant and competitive Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify our brand’s reach and impact Requirements: At least 12 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing in a professional setting, in house experience highly preferred At least 5 years of experience in public relations At least 5 years of experience leading high performance teams of 5+ FTE Proven track record of driving revenue and ROI through social media and PR Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills Strong business acumen and revenue orientation Able to utilize data to inform strategies and decisions Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Highly organized and detailed-oriented, with superior quality standards Must be able to work out of our NYC office full-time - not a hybrid or remote role This position requires 45+ hours a week, including weekend availability TopView Offers Comprehensive Benefits Including: Performance bonus Paid time off Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Pre-tax commuter benefit More Compensation: Base salary $155k - $190k plus bonus
