Perform daily, weekly &, monthly reviews and analyses of current portfolio using operational (Portal) reports. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Working closely with customers/prospects, sales and, management Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Managing competing resources and priorities. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Bid process coordination and account pricing/estimates. This includes coordinating bid strategy conference call and follow-up activities; performing detailed analysis of customer specifications and collaborating with manufacturing to understand the plant’s capabilities, capacity, and pricing strategy; coordinating/updating all estimates through the plants or entering specifications into financial models; developing standard profitability summaries/analysis, as well as post bid analysis. Developing pricing models from scratch and presenting to both internal and external customers. Assisting with the development of new and improved processes such as the bid process, pricing analysis standardized reporting, IT projects, bid scorecard results, and contract/deal worksheet management. Detailed understanding of manufacturing capabilities and procedures. Industrial Manufacturing experience, but Corrugation experience preferred Knowledge and Experience: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint including formulas such as VLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables, etc. Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and oral Prior corrugated packaging background a plus HRMS, BVP, and/or AmTech proficiency a plus Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. Experience using SQL and Python 1-2 years of related experience. Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel. Mathematical Skills – Experience calculating sales and sales trends. Collaboration – must be able to work with people from different parts of the business. Data Mining – must be able to interpret different types of data and decide what is valuable to deliver an accurate forecast. Ability to write reports and communications. Preferred Skills Previous experience with calculations would be preferred Analytical System Skills – Tableau is a plus. Problem Solver- Ability to think innovatively and identify customer needs.
