Showroom Receptionist

Kitchen Remodeling company is looking for a part-time receptionist/ Showroom attendant

Duties and Relationships

1. Greets and meets showroom walk-in prospects
2. Assist with daily lead tracking.
3. Assist with scheduling of appointments.
4. Assist with month-end reporting.
5. Answer incoming phone calls
6. Help keep showroom neat and organized
7. Registers showroom prospects in a walk-in lead tracking system.
8. Gain knowledge of all current and future KTU services
9. Assist sales person by gathering all information
10. Collects payments from customers.
11. Communicates necessary information to KTU Design Services to enable them to complete a cabinet order.
