As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Specialist (Logistics)to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administrations (NOAA) National Data Buoy Center (NDBC).

Qualifications:

  • Coordinate/arrange Field Service Mission equipment transportation (land and sea) to/from embarkation/debarkation ports.

  • Knowledge of and experience with EPA requirements for handling and shipping hazardous materials.

  • QA outgoing/incoming shipments

  • Coordinate and supervise the loading/unloading of Field Service trucks on NDBC

  • Coordinate travel for Field Service Teams and provide 24/7 support as needed.

  • Holds current DOT recognized certification of completion of Hazard Material Transportation Course.

  • AS/AA Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience
