Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to join Colliers | Wisconsin, a market leader in real estate services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring excellent tenant experiences and maintaining high property standards. As a member of the Inland Companies, Colliers | Wisconsin team, you will have access to exceptional benefits, career growth opportunities and a commitment to community giving.Responsibilities Oversee and manage tenant move-in and move-out proceduresRespond to tenant inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerDevelop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractorsDevelop budgets, establish and manage annual property operating expensesEnsure regular property maintenance and repairs are conducted in a timely mannerPerform routine inspections of properties to ensure compliance with property standards and regulationsPrepare monthly and quarterly reports on property performance, including expense, income and leasing dataRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, real estate or related field3+ years of commercial property management experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of property management softwareProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to manage budgets and understand financial reportsAbility to multitask and prioritize competing demandsBenefitsInland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin is the largest full-service real estate firm in Wisconsin with expertise in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Property Management, Investment Services, Real Estate Development, and Construction.
