Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, technicians, and operators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and drive accountability.

- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management within the aerospace manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards, including AS9100 and FAA regulations.
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and process improvements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
