Responsibilities: Develop detailed and accurate 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks and utilize 3D printing technologies for prototyping, testing, and optimizing designs for manufacturability. Conduct rigorous validation processes to ensure that all hardware meets performance specifications, safety compliance, and quality requirements, including reliability. Collaborate closely with software engineers to integrate hardware and software components seamlessly. Create comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and validation reports, ensuring that information is readily available for future iterations and compliance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Professional experience in mechanical design, robotics is a plus. Proficient in SolidWorks and manufacturing techniques. Skilled in rapid prototyping and 3D printing technologies and materials.
