Job Description

General Summary of Duties: Provide superior and efficient service while attending to all guests beverage needs.

Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):
  1. Must be minimally 21 years of age.
  2. Utilize alcohol awareness training at all times.
  3. Verify legal drinking age of guests.
  4. Responsible for serving beverages and food (when applicable) to guests on the gaming floor and in the Brighton Lounge.
  5. Maintain cleanliness in work area and all public areas.
  6. Promote high quality guest relations and accommodate all reasonable requests.
  7. Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future.


Qualifications: High school diploma/GED preferred. Prior serving experience and prior experience with a POS system preferred.

Certificate/License: Level 3 Occupational Illinois Gaming Board License; Illinois Alcohol Awareness Certification.
