Position Overview: The Civil Engineering Specialist will be a cornerstone in the planning, design, and realization of a variety of civil engineering initiatives. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of direct experience in civil engineering, particularly in civil and transportation design. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals, maintaining the highest standards of quality and adhering to strict project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Spearhead civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and project criteria.

+ Perform comprehensive feasibility studies, site evaluations, and risk analyses to shape project design and strategy.

+ Offer specialized knowledge in civil and transportation engineering to steer project teams and ensure solutions meet industry benchmarks.

+ Work in tandem with architects, environmental engineers, and other key players to harmoniously blend various project components.

+ Generate and scrutinize detailed engineering blueprints, specifications, and budget forecasts to ensure precision and regulatory compliance.

+ Execute regular on-site reviews to oversee construction developments, quality assurance, and safety adherence.

+ Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared expertise.

+ Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to resolve project issues and guarantee project triumphs.

Qualifications:

+ A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is required; a Masters degree is preferred.

+ Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

+ A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, specifically in areas such as Transportation and/or Land Development.

+ A solid history of managing and delivering complex civil engineering projects successfully.

+ Advanced proficiency in pertinent engineering software and tools.

+ Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills.

+ A thorough understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory directives.

+ A dedication to continuous learning and integrating state-of-the-art solutions into projects.
