This distinguished legal firm is seeking a skilled attorney to join its national business immigration practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including but not limited to labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.
