Any Lab Test Now is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will collect and process blood samples, assist in daily operations, and maintain high-quality customer service. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse tests and procedures while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform blood draws in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to recognized organizations and state regulations guidelines
  • Support daily operational tasks, such as maintaining inventory, handling specimens, and processing test requisitions
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to confidently make lab test recommendations and put customers at ease during the phlebotomy process
  • Assist in toxicology testing and DNA collections
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks as needed
  • Participate in team training and continuous education programs, following protocols provided by Any Lab Test Now
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track inventory, keep records, order supplies
Requirements:
  • Current phlebotomy license
  • At least 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with various types of blood collection tubes and procedures
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Sale or customer service experience
  • Computer skills- usage of MS Word and Email. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Experience doing drug sceens is a plus
  • Medical Assistance license is a plus
Hours for the position are as follows:
Full Time- Monday through Friday 8:30A - 6:00P AND Saturday 10:00A - 2:00P

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
