In addition to conducting engaging group therapy sessions and delivering impactful individual therapy, your role will involve supervisory responsibilities, overseeing and guiding other therapists on our team. You'll ensure thorough assessments and documentation, fostering a culture of excellence and growth. Diverse Responsibilities: • Engage in individual and group therapy, crisis support, and discharge services. • Provide coaching and support to fellow therapists on your team Collaborative Environment: • Enjoy working in a professional team setting that values collaboration and support. Timely Documentation: • Complete documentation promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Continuous Learning: • Lead weekly consultation groups for ongoing professional development and support. • Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching DBT skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program. • Preference for knowledge of DBT therapy, but training is available for the right candidate. Detail-Oriented Approach: • Demonstrate attention to detail, especially in completing professional assessments and treatment plans in a timely manner. Requirements:

Requirements Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions, complete assessments, offer coaching support, and consultation with professionals involved in the case, along with providing discharge services. Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group sessions, teaching Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills in our Intensive Outpatient Program. Collaborate effectively within a professional team environment, fostering a positive and supportive work culture. Ensure timely and comprehensive documentation. Offer coaching and support to clients, contributing to their personal development. Lead weekly consultation groups to stay informed and engaged with the team. Embrace the opportunity to bring your unique experiences to enhance the team's diversity and perspective. Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to complete professional assessments and treatment plans efficiently. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and digital tools for a smooth and efficient office workflow. Practice self-care and lead a healthy life to mentor those you treat. Qualifications: Hold a current license in Kansas and/or Missouri to provide psychotherapy (e.g., LSCSW, LCPC or equivalent). Have experience leading and supervising a team. Possess knowledge in DBT therapy, or a willingness to undergo training if the right candidate. Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to completing clinical notes in a timely manner. Availability for some evening hours, with flexible scheduling options. Exhibit self-starter qualities with a proactive willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
