Responsibilities: Day to day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor Creating and managing a construction schedule Organizing and documenting daily operations and paperwork Providing estimates and budgets, contract negotiation, reviewing plans, vendor coordination, site visits, managing schedules, and overseeing the bidding processes Reviewing blueprints and/or gathering information for the project scope of work Providing updates to the client on project milestones throughout all phases of the project Updating internal and client software management systems throughout all phases of the project Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a construction superintendent or a similar role, preferably in commercial projects Experience in day-to-day on-site management of subcontractors on behalf of a general contractor Capability of creating and managing a construction schedule Understanding of contractual drawings and project scope Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel is a plus Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision 401 (k) Retirement savings plan (company match) Paid vacation, sick/personal time, and floating holidays Paid Holidays Why Broadway?
