What You'll Do
-Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and scope.
-Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase production volume and precision.
-Partner with the team to develop and execute cost-effective project plans.
-Provide leadership and development opportunities for operational leaders, setting clear goals and measuring success through defined metrics.
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all departments.
What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's degree required (Engineering degree a plus).
-At least 5 years of leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
-A strong track record of success in implementing improvements and driving operational excellence.
-Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with data-driven results.
-A passion for innovation and a commitment to building high-quality products.
