Position: Electrical Engineer Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $80k to $100k/year(depending on experience) Experience: Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, process analysis, and continuous improvement Proficiency in ERP systems, ISO standards, and document control Experience in PCB design, layout, and manufacturing Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift ProRecruiters is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team Job Description: Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research, applying knowledge of product design, and consulting with equipment vendors and operators Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and testing methods and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing challenges using electronics knowledge (e.g., PCBs, SMT components) Identify opportunities for modernization and semi-automation of manufacturing processes Lead technical inquiries into innovative manufacturing equipment and technologies for efficiency improvements Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout Ensure product and process quality by designing and testing methods and establishing standards Provide manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs and reviewing schedules Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends in collaboration with Operations Maintain equipment operational status by coordinating maintenance and repair services and following established procedures Position Requirements: Proficiency in CAD and CAD/CAM circuit design Proficiency with IR stations, BGA removal/replacement, and programming Experience in product development Must be an independent thinker and worker Effectively communication with peers and leadership across all departments Ability to identify problems, perform troubleshooting, and take corrective actions Ability to manage and deal with complex projects Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures Skilled in presenting technical data Functional knowledge of AC and DC circuit theory, design, and troubleshooting ProRecruiters is part of Array Corporation , the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how labor is bought, sold and delivered to enable universal access to the American Dream.
