Home Health Physical Therapist Contract Details: - $1,920 - $2,082 per week* - Paid by the hour - not by the visit - Physical Therapist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients - Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits -.Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
