Cure Talent is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing MedTech start-up specializing in neurological monitoring and treatment devices, who due to their exceptional continued growth, have an exciting opportunity for an NPI Engineer to join the team.

As their new NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting New Product Introduction activities, Product Development and working closely with engineering to help manage Technical Documentation and Engineering Data to speed the company towards their Product Launch.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of being site in Hampshire circa 3 days a week.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Devices professional with a proven background in managing NPI Activities, supporting engineering in Mechanical Engineering and working knowledge and experience of Design Change, Engineering Data, Technical Documentation and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting in house and contract engineers in Mechanical Engineering

* Creation and management of product and production Technical Documentation

* Manage and maintain engineering data within ISO 13485 QMS

* Engineering management of operations – Design Change, Compliance, Validation etc.

* Take ownership of engineering drawings and technical documentation relating to technical files

Skills, Experience and Education:

* Degree educated in Mechanical Engineering

* Proven experience in an NPI focused role within Medical Devices

* Working knowledge and experience of SolidWorks or similar CAD Package

* Proven Design Change Control Processes in Medical Devices
