The position is expected to serve as a natural stepping stone into a variety of management roles. A background in analytical roles in the oil and gas industry or related activities in consulting or investment banking is required

. Candidates with Bachelors or MBA are considered. Requirements for the position are a highly analytical mindset, the ability to manage detailed financial and operational data modeling, excellent communication and presentation skills, a keen interest in the inner workings of the oil and gas industry, and a team-oriented, can-do attitude.
