Position Summary:
This fully remote position will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and be responsible for all marketing activities for C5MI including a consistent brand, and innovative unique positioning within the marketplace. C5MI is growing at a rapid pace and in need of support maintaining and building on our consistent and bold brand. You will be responsible for continuous maintenance and development of all inward and outward facing content and branding across all service lines. You will be engaging with SMEs across the organization to support development of content as well as being responsible to maintain our website and social media pages. You will be expected to be given a concept and align to the greater vision and run with the execution and approach to execute.
Responsibilities:
Active owner of all social media pages with a primate focus on LinkedIn but also to include Instagram, YouTube, etc. ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms
Creation and ownership of social media calendar ensuring alignment with the market of relevant and unique content
Responsible for ongoing website maintenance updates and changes in WordPress (Basic changes only)
Support in trade show booth creation and development
Create banner ads and visuals as applicable
Ensure internal branding is consistent and all aspects of our image are in alignment with out branding guide
Quickly and clearly determine and analyze tends in content and what is most relevant to our customers
Make recommendations on what the best platform and approach to reach the specific target customers we are going after
Maintain relationship with our member organizations ensuring they have the correct and current logos and branding material
Maintain and create additional outward and inward facing templates for the entire team to leverage including PPT, Word, business carts, etc.
Maintain C5MI internal branding website ensuring current documents are available to the entire organization
Advertisement creation and development on multiple platforms including print and digital
Support partner organization, customer, and internal press releases

Exceptional and professional communication skills
Comfortable in taking risks and ability to run with ideas and projects on your own with minimal supervision
Experience with managing social media corporate accounts
Extreme attention to detail
Familiarity with various file types and their applicability
Nice to have:
Proven WordPress website experience and know how to make changes to a WordPress website including but not limited to minor page layout adjustments, addition of pages, addition of sections and downloadable content and continued addition of up to date content
Experience in creating graphics for proposal content
Generalunderstanding of federal contracting and marketing in this space
General understanding of IT services and system integration space
Creative writing experience and ability to easily translate a story
Experience with trade show booth development
Certifications in web design and ad creation
Advertising development experience
General Requirements
1-3 years working experience in marketing or related area
Ability to efficiently work remote
