We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment. This person will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and can adapt to change quickly. The ability to influence up is key to success in this position. General Responsibilities: Coordinate associate technology initiatives with stakeholders, engineers, and end users Develop and coordinate end-user and support communications across the enterprise Create playbooks, help files, technical documentation for end users and support teams Track issues and raise concerns to the engineering lead(s) Design, implement and maintain key metrics used to measure progress Contribute to roadmap planning and business reviews Contribute to and help lead team stand ups Organize and schedule enterprise-impacting changes with engineering team Support engineers with documenting and tracking product issues across the enterprise Drive process improvements to ensure solutions are modern, frictionless, and secure Manage and drive consistency across Platform Engineering teams Coordinate cross-team inquiries, respond directly and escalate to engineering team as needed Cover compliance and operational risks, develop risk management strategies Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience in Process management, Product operations, or Product delivery At least 1 year of Continual Improvement experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of experience with Jira or similar Project Management software Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification 2+ years of experience working with platform engineering teams 3+ years of experience in Process management, Product operations, or Product delivery 3+ years of experience in financial, banking, data, and technology areas At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
