Construction Estimator

Salary - Depends on experience
My client a growing General Construction company in the Northern NJ market is seeking to add a Senior Estimator to their growing team Qualified candidates will have experience estimating large scale Commercial projects. Warehouse and Distribution project experience is a plus. Must have a strong knowledge of the regional market. Conceptual estimating and creating budgets based off of preliminary and schematic documents. Design/Build experience is a plus. Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
