This position will report directly to the CEO and will work remotely in N.America. The Head of Sales and Training will encompass a wide variety of sales, business development, training, and client success responsibilities. He or she will play a critical and active role in day-to-day operations and will spearhead strategic planning to achieve the companys sales goals.ResponsibilitiesEstablish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Develop sales pitches to sell products and servicesConduct sales and customer service training to assigned client accountsBecome a subject matter expert in conversation analysis/analyticsEstablish and track key metrics to drive the success of the organizationManage key relationships with industry associations and partnersShare industry knowledge and techniques, practices, and tools for lead gen and client relationship buildingMonitoring and analyzing the usage of sales enablement content and coursewareCollect and interpret data regarding training processes and sales representative performance.Identify appropriate conferences, meetings and associations that align with the company's interest to further the market presenceQualificationsProven experience in a sales leadership role (10+ years experience)Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skillProfessional communication skills, both written and oralFast learner and passionate about training and mentoringWilling to travel within the United States on an as-needed basisJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Business Development: 5 year (Preferred)Customer Service: 5 year (Preferred)Training/Coaching: 5 year (Preferred)Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)Work Location: RemoteCompensation: $90,000 Base plus commissionTo apply, please send your resume and cover letter to jobs@convirza.com.
