JOB TITLE: Physical Therapist Local Contract
LOCATION: Yuma, AZ
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Physical Therapist in a local contract role, you will be responsible for providing evaluations, creating treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based treatments to patients in accordance with their specific needs. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' conditions
Create individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs
Implement and modify treatment plans as necessary
Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and interventions
Monitor and document patients' progress
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
Excellent knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
