Nursing Assistant/Free Med Tech Training

Your Role The nursing assistant is responsible for performing direct resident care and resident related activities as assigned by the Resident Care Manager and the Nurse Shift Supervisor. How You Will Make An Impact Provide nursing care to patients within the scope of the resident care aide responsibilities under the direction of a licensed nurse. Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) such as bathing, grooming, oral care, etc. Ensure all call lights are responded to promptly. Reports on changes of conditions to charge nurse as identified. Assures residents are ready and appropriate for meal times and may assist with feeding. Completes all required notes and documentation in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Med Tech Training Qualifications: At Paramount Senior Living, we provide a pathway to grow within the organization. During this probationary period, you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to excel in both nursing assistant and medication administration responsibilities. Upon meeting the established criteria, including but not limited to competency assessments and adherence to company policies, you will be eligible for consideration for the Med Tech position. Your Qualifications Active C.N.A. license preferred, but not required. Positive demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team. Demonstrated compassion for elderly care.
