Seeking a dedicated Bank Branch Manager to oversee the efficient daily operations of one of our full-service bank branches. As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with banking regulations, promoting sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Management Activities:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver top-tier customer service.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to identify needs and career aspirations.
Implement sales promotions and strategies to drive core deposit growth.
Monitor branch performance metrics and address any deviations from targets.

Operational Activities:
Manage branch expenses and income generation to align with budgetary goals.
Uphold operational quality control and compliance with bank procedures and regulations.
Review and approve daily reports and transaction exceptions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Customer Service/Retention Activities:
Proactively address client issues and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Implement strategies to differentiate the bank from competitors and delight customers.
Assist customers with account servicing needs and complex transactions.

Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive branch growth.
Research market area to identify new sales opportunities and implement effective techniques.
Coach branch team on sales skills and product knowledge.
Actively cross-sell bank products and services and generate quality referrals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assess staff performance, address management situations, and conduct evaluations.
Assist in managing employee schedules and ensure accurate timekeeping.

Qualifications:
Proven sales ability and documented branch growth.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a branch environment.
Minimum 5 years of branch management experience.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking programs.
Active involvement in local community organizations preferred.
Notary Public certification preferred.
