Nurse Manager - EndoscopyEmerson Hospital, 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742Job SummaryReporting to the Director of Perioperative Services, responsible for the management and supervision of the Endoscopy DepartmentMinimum Qualifications Educationo Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.o BSN preferred.o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business, Public Health, or Health Care Administration preferred. Experienceo A minimum of 5 years nursing experience in Endoscopy required.o Previous supervisory and/or management experience strongly preferred Licensure and/or Certificationo Current licensure as a professional nurse in Massachusetts required.o BLS healthcare provider required.o ACLS requiredo CGRN preferredo Conscious Sedation certification (obtained through Emerson Hospital Nursing) required. Skillso Advanced nursing skills specific to surgical procedures and endoscopy.o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others.o Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).o Excellent customer service skillso Ability to manage multiple priorities with responsibilities on various campuses.o Strong administrative, analytical and critical thinking skills.o Proven leadership skills with experience in strategic planning and service development.o Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.o Ability to maintain confidential information required.
