The Lee Group has the perfect opportunity for you We are looking for Welders that specialize in MIG to fill roles at a Virginia Beach manufacturing company. The successful candidate for this Welder position will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Responsibilities of a Welder:Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirementsPerform various types of welding, including MIG and Fluxcore weldingOperate welding equipment safely and effectivelyInspect welds for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessaryMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety protocols and procedures at all timesRequirements of a Welder: High School Diploma/GEDAbility to pass Background Check and Drug Screen Personal Reliable Transportation Must have your own welding equipment.
