As a Branch Manager for Sun Loan Company, youll lead and develop a team of Consumer Loan Specialists who are dedicated to elevating customer satisfaction. Youll have the opportunity to motivate your team to meet branch and company-wide goals. This role is vital to the success of the branch, as well as the success of the entire company.

**Position Responsibilities:**

* Meet (or exceed) branch and company-wide goals

* Supervise team of Consumer Loan Specialists

* Manage daily office operations and procedures

* Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability

* Lead loan application approval process

* Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone

* Maintain compliance with policies and procedures

* Support Tax Preparation, if applicable (varies by location)

* Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses

**Position Requirements:**

* Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service-focused industries

* Computer skills and ability to operate a calculator

* Must have reliable transportation

* Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays)

* Must be at least 18 years of age
