Manufacturing Process Engineer
to join our clients team near
Tampa, FL.
Must have experience driving process improvements, solving production challenges, and contributing to cutting-edge research and development initiatives.
*This position is Contract to Hire*
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and development activities to enhance manufacturing processes and technologies.
Identify and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and develop sustainable solutions.
Utilize hands-on experience with manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform cost benefit analysis and evaluate operating expenses to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience 4 in hands-on manufacturing processes within a production environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Proficiency in conducting cost benefit analysis and evaluating operating expenses.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement.
Experience with CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus.
