work hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Manage Benefits Programs: Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to benefits regulations and laws.
  • Support Employees: Assist with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and issues.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with benefits providers and handle plan administration.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare benefits reports.
  • Communication: Provide benefits information and conduct educational sessions.
  • Handle Enrollment: Manage open enrollment and verify eligibility.
  • Resolve Issues: Address and resolve benefits-related problems and discrepancies.
  • Analyze Benefits: Evaluate current programs and recommend improvements.
