This position is a Full- Time position (not a contract) and will be given the option to work 100% remote after initial onboarding. This individual will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer. You are a great communicator and understand the importance of maintaining communication with all applicants during the recruitment process. You are committed to providing the best possible candidate experience. Responsibilities: Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Plan and execute recruitment strategies to ensure a continuing supply of qualified applicants. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine best recruiting practices for position(s). Draft recruitment advertisements; post and/or place ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process such as start dates and other pertinent details. Maintain positive relationships with hiring managers by assessing staffing request needs, providing timely feedback, and ensuring all hiring managers follow the proper protocol needed for hiring qualified candidates. Screen and interview applicants. Extend verbal and written contingent job offers. Coordinate background checks and new-hire drug testing. Complete weekly report on employment activity. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education/ Experience: Bachelor Degree or equivalent years’ experience in recruiting Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruiting position (in Logistics a plus) Experience with ATS systems and solid knowledge of technology (Outlook, Word, Excel)
