JOB DESCRIPTION Position -

SR. HRBP Area - Human Resources Reports to - Sr. HR Director I. POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced, energetic HR Business Partner, who acts as a consultant and partner to various key functions within our organization. The HR Business Partner will perform multiple HR generalist activities including recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, organizational development, and training guidance. This role will strategically align with corporate COE’s to ensure the effective deployment of HR practices that will help drive employee development, engagement and retention. II. LOCATION : Northwest Houston (Hybrid) III. ORGANIZATION CHART: AUSA VP & Country Manager > Sr. HR Director > Sr. HRBP IV. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Actively partners with the Organization, Centers of Expertise and Service Providers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR processes Manages activities including performance, talent management, succession planning, staffing, including hiring, on-boarding and terminations as well as provides guidance and/or develop input on operational workforce planning and organization capability Responsible for employee engagement, the employee survey, employee activities, recognition programs that help build a cohesive team. Serve as an internal HR consultant on talent such as career growth plans, talent reviews, 360-degree feedback plans, and individual development plans. Effectively managing change and shifting gears comfortably; highly effective in ambiguous environments and able to produce maximum results Client-service oriented with strong critical thinking, communication, and conflict resolution skills Handle employee relations matters, lower-level investigations, counseling, and exit interviewing Identify current and future talent needs to develop sourcing strategies and cultivate active and passive talent pools Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience Prepare reports for management in relation to employee turnover; new hires; resignations; training and development etc Approaches challenges and problem solving with a global and inclusive mindset Communicating effectively and working collaboratively across mediums and with diverse audiences V. PROFILE: Education Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field highly preferred Experience Typically, 5-10 years of experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist. Preferably depth in multiple HR disciplines (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation/Benefits, etc) Language English (Bilingual Required: Spanish) VI. REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong organization skills and a high level of detail orientation with proven project management capabilities including experience handling multiple key projects at a time Highly collaborative with an ability to work across multiple organization levels, geographies and partner with cross-functional teams Stays current with trends, research and best HR practices Experience in SuccessFactors, SAP, ADP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Ability to think strategically in a complex, ambiguous environment Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to succinctly guide client groups with clear expectations Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple tasks Strong change management skills and change agent by nature VII. WORKING CONDITIONS: Prolonged period of time in workstation/office setting. Little travel required. VIII.
