General Warehouse I

POSITION PURPOSE/MISSION:
Unload and load trucks in the shipping and warehouse areas. Pull product and transfer between the warehouse and the storage warehouse. Put stock away in proper location. Perform other general warehouse duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent foot use, lifting up to 60 Ibs, hand use, sitting, and standing.
- Occasional carrying, climbing, lifting up to 60 Ibs, pushing/pulling, reaching, below waist level work, complex neck/spinal motion, and walking.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations, as provided in detail in the Job Analysis Database.
- High School Diploma or GED (GEDWorks program eligible).
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
- Ability to perform, read, and interpret measurements.
- Basic Knowledge of computer and data entry.
- Six months plus experience in warehouse/shipping related field experience.
- ISO experience or training.
- Ability to operate a forklift truck/ pallet jack.
- Basic data entry skills.
- Learn basic skills necessary for data entry into computer.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts.
- Cycle counts of product in warehouse.
- Receive product into inventory and put away.
- Promote teamwork and provide quality customer service.
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Follow Environmental. Quality, and Safety Management System procedures and requirements.
- Ability to meet the essential job Requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation, as outlined in the job description.
