You will assess scope, develop detailed plans, coordinate with customers, vendors, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams, and manage material orders and schedules. You will also provide regular status updates to stakeholders, manage document control processes, interface with regulatory bodies, and ensure quality and document control requirements are met. The goal is to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the required regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities Review RFQ and bid estimates to fully understand project scope. Develop comprehensive project plans detailing responsibilities, schedules, material orders, and action items. Evaluate designs for accuracy, specifications, drawing releases, and change orders. Collaborate with the Director of Manufacturing & Engineering on engineering and drafting documents. Manage Project Coordinator and Document Control to ensure proper control of data books and vendor requirements. Host pre?construction meetings, client kick?off meetings, recurring project update meetings, and internal close?out/lessons learned sessions. Update costing reports and schedules for management and clients. Interface with regulatory bodies, surveyors, and third?party agencies as directed by the Director of Manufacturing. Provide weekly updates and reports on project status. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field with ten plus years of relevant experience and/or training. Proven experience with offshore regulatory requirements and codes (ABS, USCG, DNV, Lloyds, SOLAS, CSC). 7?10 years of steel fabrication/construction experience. Experience with contracts, manufacturing, estimating, and supply chain. Ability to interpret engineering documents and as?built drawings. Understanding of basic technical/engineering principles related to modular structures. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications Experience in engineering or drafting. Experience with modular or offshore construction. Knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements. Work Environment Sedentary work. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds; regular minimal force. Requires close visual acuity for data analysis, reading, computer work, and small part inspection.
