Our mission is to provide shelter, care, and advocacy for animals in need, while also promoting responsible pet ownership and humane treatment of animals. We are currently seeking a Database Manager to oversee our Adoption and Donor CRM systems and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data. Position Overview: The Database Manager at Dogs Tale Animal Foundation will play a critical role in maintaining and managing our Adoption and Donor CRM databases. This position is ideal for retirees or college students looking to gain valuable experience and earn credits while contributing to our mission. While this is an unpaid position, it offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a non-profit organization. Responsibilities: 1.

Database Management:

Oversee and maintain the Adoption and Donor CRM databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Regularly update records, including donor information, adoption details, and volunteer data. Implement data quality control measures to eliminate errors and duplications. 2. Documentation and Records Management:

Maintain and update all clerical documents related to adoptions, donations, and other administrative tasks. Ensure that all records are organized, easily accessible, and compliant with data privacy regulations. 3. Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work collaboratively with various departments within the organization to meet their data needs. Assist in generating reports and data analysis as required by different departments. 4. Database Training:

Provide training and support to staff and volunteers who use the Adoption and Donor CRM systems. 5. Data Security and Privacy:

Ensure that all donor and adoption data is securely stored and protected in compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Proficiency in using database software and data management tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Passion for animal welfare and a dedication to Dogs Tale Animal Foundation's mission. Please Note:
