OverviewGreat outcomes start with great people and Armor has an exciting opportunity for a Certified Medication Aide /CRMA to join our team at Cumberland County Jail in Portland, ME . Responsibilities Dispenses oral, inhalation, and topical medications to patients Observes patients for drug reactions and reports any problems to Charge nurse Monitors patient's vital signs, calculate medication dosages, and stocks the medication cart Records what medications and dosages were given for the day Performs routine procedures under established protocols including phlebotomy and electrocardiograms Manages and maintains pharmacy stocks of medicine and medical supplies Qualifications Current state license as a Certified Nursing Assistant Current Medication Aide Certification Current CPR certificate Proficient with electronic medical records Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen If you want to join an exciting, dynamic and growing organization that is making a positive impact on the lives we serve, we look forward to considering you for this opportunity and to be part of our team At Armor Health we are raising the standard of care to impact the lives of those we serve by partnering with exceptional correctional organizations to improve health care outcomes.
