That’s where you come in We're looking for an extraordinary Product Marketing leader to elevate our storied Dungeons & Dragons business to new heights. In this role, you'll partner, lead and galvanize a group of highly-engaged and dedicated teams to secure long-term strategies, deliver stellar omnichannel campaigns, and enhance the user experience across a plethora of best-in-class products and services. You'll focus on driving alignment between Insights, Product and Go-to-Market groups, to inspire and delight our passionate fans.

The ideal candidate has extensive product marketing experience across physical and digital products, subscriptions and services. They're obsessed with customers, energized by uncovering key insights, and focused on turning those insights into business results. They're naturally curious and collaborative, and simply get things done. This is a high-profile role within the company, so you'll need to possess an outstanding sense of self-awareness, strong emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do:

Foundational Product Marketing : Work with Product, Consumer Insights and Business Intelligence teams to understand key trends, find opportunities, and develop product strategies. Collaborate with leaders across the team to wrestle with business challenges and dynamically shape solutions. Identify the target audience and value proposition for each product release and use insights as the foundation to differentiate through positioning. Generate demand through go-to-market execution and capture demand across our many customer touchpoints.

Critical User Journey Optimization : Partner with core Dungeons & Dragons Beyond teams to identify key audience segments, their most desired journeys, and valuable metrics that help measure success. Drive end-to end optimization of user journeys through thoughtful experimentation and deployment of subscription best-practices. Own the development of landing pages, promotions, product detail and checkout pages.

Team Leadership : Manage and up-level a passionate group of product marketers that are focused on distinct parts of the business. Provide leadership and guidance around strategic decision making, instruct best-in-class product marketing execution, prioritize key products to drive support around, and lead by example, as a player-coach, to inspire growth.

What You'll Bring:

A minimum 10 years of professional marketing and people management experience, with a track record of effectively leading product marketing teams to achieve strong results. Experience leading customer segmentation research, developing product marketing plans, partnering to ideate on and prioritize product roadmaps, and optimizing pricing and plan mix. Experience working on and optimizing subscriptions and in the tech and/or gaming industry, with clarity around what levers drive significant business impact. Excellent critical thinking and planning skills, aligning the business towards product-market fit, and seamlessly connecting marketing efforts with consumer insights that drive business goals. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across diverse cross-functional teams, with opposing perspectives and priorities. Experience with Dungeons & Dragons, games of all kinds, fantasy entertainment properties and passionate communities of fans across the globe. Position can be located in Renton, WA area or Remote in US.

Compensation Range, Currency USD: Starting Pay Range: $154,560 Pay Range End: $260,000
