We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities and expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite to meet industry-specific requirements, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize business operations.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand unique business requirements and challenges- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, workflows, and data structures.- Translate industry-specific requirements into technical specifications for NetSuite configuration and customization- Configure NetSuite modules industry standards and best practices, including but not limited to, financial management, project accounting, procurement, and asset management- Customize NetSuite workflows, forms, and records to accommodate complex business processes and regulatory requirements.- Develop and implement SuiteScripts and integrations to automate processes and enhance system functionality- Conduct thorough testing of NetSuite configurations and customizations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards- Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for system optimization and improvement- Implement system enhancements and performance tuning to maximize efficiency and productivity- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the NetSuite system- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials tailored to the Oil and Gas industry- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the NetSuite ecosystem- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiativesQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant with a background in the finance or accounting industry- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities, configuration, and customization capabilities- Experience with NetSuite implementations in financial industry is preferred- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customization and automation- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skill- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLocation:This position is 100% on-site in Houston, Texas.*Not open to C2C or Sponsorship - must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder* #J-18808-Ljbffr
