The Manager of FP&A will play a crucial role in driving financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to interpret complex financial data. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and provide accurate financial information. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and present findings to senior leadership. Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis activities. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Provide financial guidance and support to business units and departments. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred). Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques. Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and financial software applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines. Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex financial data to drive strategic decisions.
