This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with professional office experience who is eager to grow and learn.Duties:Provide administrative and analytical support to the Leave Administration and HR Compliance Teams in the following areas:Administrative support for Leave Administration including:Manage process for security badge inactivation for employee's while on a leave of absence including tracking status, reporting and all communicationsRespond to all state leave of absence and disability forms by generating reports from SuccessFactors or SAP and analyzing data to accurately respondRespond to employee inquiries on LOA policies, programs, claim and pay status using SuccessFactorsManage LOA and Annual Compensation Cycle processAdministrative support for HR Compliance including:Check coding, sorting and mailing from various sources (Payroll, states, etc.)Unemployment: Respond to claim requests, provide data using SuccessFactors or SAP, conduct wage audits and assist with hearing requestsFulfill requests for employee's personnel files, check for DPN notices and audit all new hires and terminated employees for accuracyTrack and maintain compliance-required labor law notices and posters (electronic or hard copy) for all client locations.Conduct regular audits of incomplete employee data in SuccessFactorsAssist with Annual Debarment requirement; auditing and verifying all credentialed employeesGenerate reports, analyze data and provide administrative support for Leave Administration and HR Compliance as requiredSkills:Strong attention to detailCritical thinking and analysis skillsAbility to maintain confidentialityStrong analytical and ability to researchStrong technology acumen, especially with MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and TeamsUnderstanding of HR master data (SAP and SuccessFactors)Education:Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years Human Resources or relevant experience
