THE JOB:
As a Retail Sales Associate, your primary duty is to provide exceptional service, maintain brand standards, and ensure a comfortable shopping experience. By listening to their stories and understanding their needs, you will create WOW moments and unforgettable memories that will stay with our guests long after their visit.
STARTING RATE: $17 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet all guests warmly and use our SHOW Service Basics program to create WOW Moments.
- Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure timely product replenishment from the stock room for an easy shopping experience.
- Take ownership of the guest experience and report any improvement opportunities to Retail Management.
- Adhere to all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
- Preform other job-duties as requested.
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
- Six months of cashier experience with a solid understanding of transaction processes.
- Demonstrated success in customer service, with a track record of effectively engaging and assisting customers.
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems for accurate and efficient transactions.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued, adding an extra layer of service for diverse customer interactions.
