As Senior Manager, Payroll Tax Services, you will lead a team responsible for accurate and timely payroll tax filing and compliance. Your primary focus will be ensuring seamless tax processing, compliance with regulations, and addressing tax-related inquiries. Join us in our evolutionWhat YOU will be doing:Oversee day-to-day tax operations, ensuring compliance and accurate tax processingManage the timely preparation and filing of federal, state, and local taxes for clientsAssess tax operations, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing process improvementsSupervise system controls related to tax for proper reporting and paymentsProvide upper management with insightful reporting and analysisCollaborate with other departments to meet client requirementsMonitor tax processing metrics using data-driven approaches for operational improvementsSuccess will come if you have:Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required3-5 years of payroll experience; Payroll Tax experience preferred1-3 years supervisory experience preferably in payroll or tax servicesCPA certification or Enrolled Agent designation desiredExperience in high-volume transaction deadline-oriented environmentsProfound understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and compliance regulationsExceptional leadership capabilities, fostering high-performance teams in a client-centric environmentProficiency in payroll and payroll tax data processing applications, ensuring seamless system managementAdaptability to dynamic priorities and a capacity to handle pressure, consistently meeting stringent deadlinesStrategic planning and implementation skills for process enhancements and operational improvementsProactive client interaction abilities, maintaining professional and pleasant communicationStrong technological acumen, adept at utilizing various software applications effectivelyPrimePay Offers:A competitive salary in the $85 - $120K range based on experienceAccess to personal, group training and career advancementLeadership development through individualized support and career mentoringMedical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible spending account, life insurance and STD/LTD#LI-REMOTE#J-18808-Ljbffr
