Compensation:

$17 - $19/hr

***$500 Signing Bonus***

Job Summary:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the voice for the voiceless, advocating for the needs and well-being of our beloved pets. Your mission is to ensure that every visit to our hospital is a tail-wagging, purr-fect experience for both pets and their owners. You will own the positive experience in our hospital, from the moment a pet enters our doors to the moment they leave with a happy owner in tow.

Key Responsibilities:

Pet Advocate: Be the champion for our furry patients, ensuring their needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.

Client Education: Provide clear, compassionate communication to pet owners, helping them understand their pets health needs and treatments.

Experience Ownership: Create a warm, welcoming environment for pets and their parents, ensuring each visit is stress-free and positive.

Service Improvement: Continuously seek out ways to enhance our services and the overall client experience.

Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with pet owners and the local community through events, social media, and educational outreach.
