Rattach au Responsable R&D, votre mission sera departiciper la conception et lanalyse des solutions, en appliquant lesmthodologies de conduite de projet, sous assurance qualit.
Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous prendrez en charge, engrande autonomie, des projets de conception et dveloppement et tes force deproposition sur larchitecture technique et fonctionnelle des solutions.

Vous interviendrez sur des sujets la fois trstechniques (large panel de technologies issues du monde java) mais aussi trsfonctionnels. Vous contribuerez lamlioration du produit en particulier surles aspects performances et robustesse (Gestion de gros volumes de donnes,faibles latences).

Vous agirez en tant que leader technique au sein de votrequipe et vous assurerez les revues de conception technique et de code. Vous assurerezlencadrement et le coaching technique de vos collgues moins expriments.Vous contribuerez galement la mise en uvre de loutillage et des bonnespratiques permettant lamlioration continue de la qualit du code et duproduit en gnral.

Ecole d'ingnieur, BAC + 5 ou quivalent.
Minimum 8 ans en dveloppement Java avec une exprience confirme un poste similaire.
Une exprience dans le domaine de lafinance de march ou idalement du domaine de Data Management serait un plus.
Vous possdez imprativement des connaissancestechniques pointues en JAVA.
Design Pattern
Webservices SOAP / REST.
Java Messaging.
Synchronisation en environnement multi-thread
Optimisations applicatives:Tuning applicatif, Profiling et monitoring.
Stack JS, HTML, CSS.
Web Application servers (Tomcat /JBoss / WebSphere).
SGBD : Oracle ou Sybase ou SQL Server.
OS : Unix et Windows maitriss.
Motivation pour des challenges techniques.
Vous savez analyser, concevoir, dvelopper des logiciels ayant des contraintesde fonctionnement fortes (robustesse, performances etc).
Vous tes capable de travailler en quipe de manireautonome en fonction des projets proposs.
Rigueur, tnacit, autonomie, dynamisme, qualitdcoute et de communication vous donneront les moyens dtre efficace etdvoluer rapidement.
Une bonne matrise de langlais (crit et oral) et dufranais est imprative.
