Job Summary: The DWTSurge Recruiter will work closely with the DWTSurge Program Manager to manage full cycle recruiting for DWTSurge. DWTSurge is an alternative-track attorney and legal staff program built and managed by DWT to offer unique opportunities.

Essential Job Duties: This position will develop, own, and execute on specific recruitment plans for assigned staffing requests, under the supervision of the DWTSurge Program Manager. They will also build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of highly qualified candidates.

Experience:

(1) 2+ years of sourcing experience utilizing a variety of tools such as social media and Boolean searches.

(2) Strong interview abilities and excellent communications skills; experience establishing and maintaining connections with candidates.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, required. Experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is a plus.

Salary: $90K – 100K
