This position is responsible for coordinating testing, creating and completing test scripts, data mapping, obtaining the appropriate management approvals, scheduling and implementing projects, escalating issues as they arise. The individual typically will support Loan Operations mangers and/or other Loan Operations' personnel who are responsible for operational activities in support of multiple business lines and products.

Required Qualifications
  • Superior composition and editing abilities.
  • Previous working experience as a Business Analyst preferred.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of data reporting, retrieval and analysis tools. SharePoint experience preferred.
  • Experience developing presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
  • The position requires solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • The position requires solid knowledge of Horizon (core system).

Position Responsibilities
  • Provides consultant and expert advice to various business units with design, development and implementation of technical systems.
  • Main functions include conducting research, providing analysis, making recommendations to aid in decision making for management.
  • Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results/controls and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels.
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for resolution of issues and process improvement.
  • Create and complete thorough test scripts and testing for any system upgrades/changes or new system implementations.
  • Assist in developing training material on the use of deployed applications, enhancements and reports.
  • Participate in Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery exercises as needed.
  • Develop Business Intelligence data management methodology, standards, and best practices for managing reporting.
  • Maintain reporting inventory of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly internal reporting. Access strengths and weaknesses of reporting.
  • Perform other duties, special projects as assigned.
