Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Massachusetts, Webster House, is an off campus located in Webster, MA and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, in an emergency shelter. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Webster House is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.

The clinician is responsible for the completion of Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, task analyses, discrete trial instruction, individual and group intervention, risk assessment, consultation to the multi-disciplinary team, and positively interfaces with school districts and other external agencies. The average caseload for this clinical position is 9-12 individuals.

The ideal candidate will have training and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, completing FBAs and BSPs, discrete trial instruction, writing task analyses, and facilitating social skills and activities of daily living groups. Devereux provides the Clinician with access to ongoing training and support in these areas and the clinician would report directly to the agency BCBA.

-If you're seeking LMHC supervision hours, they can be provided by our clinical team. Unable to provide BCBA supervision at this location.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • Masters Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field required.
  • Must have relevant behavioral experience.

Schedule:

  • Able to complete first 2 weeks of new hire paid orientation training in Rutland, Monday - Friday from 8-4pm
  • M-F daytime shift
  • On-Call weekend rotation; shared with all clinicians
