A Successful Candidate will:

Be motivated and service-oriented.

Be responsible for controlling late and/or delinquent loan accounts, collecting delinquent loan payments and/or recovering collateral.

Analyze financial situations of delinquent borrowers, offer financial counseling, payment plans, deferment, etc.

Have knowledge of collections laws, rules, and procedures.

Have knowledge of credit union operations, products, and services.

Experience in lending preferred but not required.

High School Diploma plus educational equivalent of two years college or an associate degree and at least one year of relevant experience in related field.
